This is work-based learning at its most authentic. Your students will work as consultancy teams on live projects for local businesses in dynamic European cities like Barcelona, Rome, Lisbon, or Exeter. They will tackle real business problems and needs, gaining invaluable practical experience. This onsite approach allows them to directly test their theoretical knowledge, build cultural understanding, and develop client-facing skills in an international professional environment.

As with all our Work Sprints, your learners will access a relevant live work project for a local client, but they will also be supported through our EX3 Career Training. This ensures they effectively utilize the experience to develop and grow as professionals, including building their professional brand on LinkedIn and understanding how to forge career success through a proactive career design approach.
