What is it?
Real business clients with real problems and needs. Your students will work as consultancy teams as one of their study abroad electives to solve real world work problems gaining invaluable practical experience to test their theoretical learnings.
Who is it for?
Study Abroad providers that want to include work based learning as an option for their learners. We currently offer our services to Study Abroad providers in Barcelona, Dublin, Exeter, Lisbon and Rome.

How long are they?
Our Nano Work Sprints can be built in line with your Study Abroad curriculum. The sprints are a minimum of 16 hours, but you can stack multiple sprints to fit with you and your learners needs.
Who are the clients?
The Nexgen team source clients from a range of industries and sectors depending on your requirements. Clients will be SMEs that are in need of the new and innovative ideas from your learners.
Companies will be based in your Study Abroad location allowing learners to understand culturally nuances and norms and conduct meetings in person with their chosen clients.
How much?

It's positive to see more learners creating their professional profiles on linkedin, however, the majority still don't understand how to build strong professional brands and utilise the functionality and network on the platform. We provide group and individual support on maximising Linkedin throughout the Nano Work Sprint to ensure they are growing as professionals and maximising their work experience for their future career journey.
BUILDING PROACTIVE PROFESSIONAL HABITS
CAREER DESIGN EX3
Learners will have the opportunity to build their knowledge and tools to take ownership of their career journey through our EX3 Career Framework. Our framework is based on a proactive, rather than the tradtional reactive, career approach. Learners will gain confidence to start building their network and creativng their own experiences to build their own future career success.
BUILDING LOCAL UNDERSTANDING
LOCAL CLIENTS
We select local clients for the work based learning to allow learners to meet and connect with their host organisations. Learners will have multiple touch points with their chosen clients over the duration of the work sprint allowing them to build critical transferable professional skills.
REAL LIFE PROJECTS FOR REAL LIFE CLIENTS
CONSULTING PROJECTS
Your learners will be working on real problems and projects from real clients. Our projects are not simulations and clients are looking for solutions and innovations to drive their businesses forward. Learners will become consultants for the duration of the work sprint and are treated as professionals by the Nexgen team and their clients. Learners will gain experiences in the real world that will boost confidence and tangible proof of technical skills.
